Accordingly, occupational health and safety is managed with a proactive and systematic approach throughout our Company. Developments on the subject are closely followed by the expert occupational health and safety teams working within our company, and necessary improvements are implemented within the scope of globally accepted standards. 

Our OHS department is involved in the implementation of the special importance we attach to occupational health and safety. In this department;

• Regularly reviewing the practices throughout our Company, specific to the subject,
• Developing improvement and dissemination proposals,
• Ensuring that good practices are adopted by our company,
• Providing improvement and development suggestions for the zero accident target by regularly following the occupational accident statistics,
• The processes of ensuring full compliance with the legislation are managed.

Occupational Health and Safety is implemented in our company with practices starting from the recruitment process. Health information and health reports regarding their suitability for the job are requested from the employees during the recruitment processes. In addition, examinations and health screenings are carried out for special tasks together with routine health screenings. 

Trainings are organized in our company in order to reinforce the awareness of occupational health and safety and to raise awareness on the subject. Thus, it is ensured that the measures taken within the scope of the identified risks are disseminated. For this purpose, the necessary processes and practices have been implemented to eliminate the occupational health and safety risks determined by the risk assessment activities carried out throughout the working year, 

Reports on occupational health and safety are collected every year, consolidated and followed up.
